I’m really sorry but i can’t make it for the whole day, even if the minivan is always nearby it will be impossible for you to get the point of the tour.

You should wear comfortable shoes(closed ones are better) and everything you normally wear when you go for a walk(sticks, hat, cream, mosquito spray etc). Comfortable t-shirt and sun glasses are recommended.

You must be in a good healthy and physical conditions to keep up with the group. They are easy planned hikes but still require to be healthy and in good shape.
